Yes, we carry all required state and local licensing for fencing contractors in the Peoria area. We’re fully bonded and insured.In some places, a contractor might need to be licensed to install a deck, while in others, no license is required. To be sure, you can check with your local building department or homeowner’s association. If a license is needed, make sure that your contractor has one before hiring.
A fence installation typically takes between two and three days to complete. However, the exact time frame will depend on the size of the fence and the complexity of the installation. If you’re having a new fence installed, it’s important to plan for the project in advance and allow for adequate time to complete the job.
It’s not necessary for you to be at home while your contractor is working on your fence. However, it may be a good idea to be available in case any questions or issues arise. If you can’t be available, make sure you’ve left clear instructions with your contractor so they know what to do.
For an installation or repair, the price includes all parts, supplies and labor.
Parts – all the materials needed to install/repair your fence.
Supplies – concrete and any other building materials needed to complete the job.
Labor – post hole digging, installation and repair and site clean-up.
