It’s not necessary for you to be at home while your contractor is working on your fence. However, it may be a good idea to be available in case any questions or issues arise. If you can’t be available, make sure you’ve left clear instructions with your contractor so they know what to do.
For an installation or repair, the price includes all parts, supplies and labor.
Parts – all the materials needed to install/repair your fence.
Supplies – concrete and any other building materials needed to complete the job.
Labor – post hole digging, installation and repair and site clean-up.
